REAWAKENING is a solo exhibition by Natasha Carlos that celebrates the mysterious moment in nature where environment and identity come together. The exhibition will feature a photographic sculpture and stop-motion animation that investigate how the physical form of imagery can reflect multiple experiences in a single moment.
REAWAKENING is in the Frank-Ratchye Project Space from July 7, 2017 to July 29, 2017 and presented alongside WILD on view in the main gallery at Root Division. Curated by Marisa Aragona, Wild is an interdisciplinary exhibition of artworks, performances and installations that attempt to express the vast infinity of internal and external wilderness.
